Madelyn Oaks Apartments

I moved into Madelyn Oaks 11/22/2025, and I can say I'm pleased. I lived in a two bedroom for the same price of a three bedroom previously and I'm more than pleased with my unit. It's larger and has nice features for it to be built in 2003. I moved for three nights and there was security walking around and there was no noise. The kids even pick up trash, after them selves. I'm happy to have chose this place.

I want to say how amazing Ms Tomeka in the front office. She is so helpful and caring. She went beyond and above to assist me in renewing my lease and was so patience staying on the phone with me while I do it. You need more people like her in the office. If I could give her 10 stars I would but she was brilliant and very helpful.

Ms Linda the new manager is doing a phenomenal job out here at Madelyn oak. I been out here going on 6 years and I can see a lot of changes now. I’m loving the new lights they have put out here makes it more brighter. Also the two maintenance guys that work inside the apartment are amazing. Soon as I put a work order in I give it 24 hour they be coming knocking at the door and get the job done, also the 24 hour security they have out here in a plus so Ms Linda keep doing an amazing job out here you work doesn’t go un notices.
