MasterCraft Builder Group – Two Roof Leaks in Three Years and the Most Ridiculous “Fix” I’ve Ever Heard I purchased my MasterCraft home in Madeira just three years ago, and I’m now dealing with roof leaks for the second time. Both times, water has blown into the roof vents and caused interior wall and ceiling damage. When the first leak occurred, MasterCraft’s roofing contractor couldn’t find the source. Now, with the same issue happening again, I’ve been told the “solution” is to put pool noodles in my roof vents before a storm — and then pay to have them removed afterward. Can you imagine that? For a $850,000 home, that suggestion is absurd and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I’ve been told there are no repercussions because the roof only carries a one-year warranty. I

Can’t say enough great things about this builder. They go above and beyond in every aspect from the product they build, the quality of the product, warranties offered, to a seamless settlement. They are quick to respond to everything. Their staff are friendly, courteous and it’s evident they care!!! I have NEVER seen so much thought put into building a home to offer you a quality product. They truly want their homeowners to be really happy and it shows in all they do!!! Best experience buying a new home! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You won’t find a better builder or quality home!!!

Currently in the process of building with Mastercraft in Maderia. Their staff is thoughtful, knowledgeable and detailed. The house is coming along and my customers are excited about the building and the process. This is about the 6th or 7th Mastercraft home I have sold and I believe they have one of the best products on the market in our area.
