Excellent Apartment Complex, Maddox Hills. I looked at various Apartment Complexes, and this is an outstanding place to live. I signed immediately on the spot and after moving in everything was as expected. The staff mentioned Below take good care of the facility and always whiling to help and make our life easy. Every time I approach anyone of them, I am greeted with a friendly smile. The apartment is great and everything in optimum conditions. Clean and smell free. No noisy neighbors too. When arriving at Maddox Hill, I was greeted and taken care of within minutes. REESE was so helpful knowing what I was looking for and making sure I was happy and satisfied with the apartment I wanted. Every time I had a question or called she would always have the answer, or to make sure the process was getting done. The tour she took me on was great! She welcomed me and my son and took her time showing us the complex and the apartment styles. She did an amazing job explaining to me about the application process, and even stayed late to help me fill it out. I love how she took her time with the process and not rush me with making a decision. Thank you so much Reese for your help! Super excited to be in my new home.

Maddox Hills has been my favorite apartment community that I’ve ever called home. My experience living here was amazing. I had to move out due to some personal reasons, but I miss my apartment at Maddox Hills so much. Jerelyn was amazing—from the moment I walked in looking for an apartment, throughout the time I lived there, and until my lease ended. She has been incredible. Thank you, Jerelyn; it truly wouldn’t have been the same without you. You made our experience top-notch. I also want to thank Juan, the handyman. This is a luxurious apartment complex, I love living here! The community center is absolutely gorgeous, large TVs, comfortable couches, there is shuffle board, skee-ball, arcade basketball, co-working space, secure mailroom, dog park. The apartments themselves are gorgeous, nice kitchen with good appliances, very nice bathrooms with large tubs, so much storage space, carpet only in bedroom, comes with washer and dryer, apartments with yards available. The neighbors are welcoming, respectful, and kind. The complex itself is safe and secure. A special thank you to the staff! My guided tour was an amazing experience. Reese welcomed me and did a great job understanding my needs! She took her time showing me floor plans, and explaining and helping me through the application process! She has been very patient and extremely helpful through my application process! I’ve called back more than a couple times with questions I forgot to ask at first, and she has been more than happy to help me everytime! Thank you Reese!
