DO NOT RECOMMEND. Terrible communication. We would go days and weeks without responses to questions/concerns we had. They way over promised and under delivered. Joe is a smooth talker, but his follow through was terrible. We have thousands of dollars in repairs to our house after we were finished dealing with them, of which many of the things we were charged for in our "final owners payment." We even were told by a vendor that did work on our pool that they had trouble getting payment from them. Over 8 months they waited to get paid for work they did.

Not from Texas so maybe the standards are lower here but not happy at all with the service provided. Will definitely not be renewing my lease. Didn't even fulfill the agreement made when I moved in. Stay away from this business. Absolute trash.

I asked if I could get out of the last month of my lease if they were able to find another tenant, they said yes. Found a tenant within a couple of weeks, and they were in the house a month before my lease was up. I cleaned the house thoroughly as any tenant should. They sent me a letter to my new address that I would not receive my $1000 deposit after I asked about it. Never said one word about it. I would have kept the house for another month for the $400 difference.

MacInnis Properties has been a joy to work with! Joe, Jody, and Julie are the kindest people I have met. They manage multiple properties across the area and always put the needs of their tenants above all else. If your looking for a new rental I would definitely recommend giving them a call!!

Have only been under contract for 6 months and can’t stand it. Will not return a call. Text, voicemail and messages left with receptionist and still no call back. Absolutely disappointed with the service. Will not be renewing the contract.
