MacArthur Place Apartment Homes

The worst thing about these apartments are you NEVER get in touch with the office manager or maintenance. I’m a current resident and for the past 3 to 4 weeks I’ve had a sewage back up outside my front door and no one has answered my emergency maintenance request, voicemails or routine request. I’ve called Allied Properties, which is supposed to be the property owner and regional manager Rebecca Hawkins. It’s ridiculous here. I had the same issue when a bathroom pipe busted leaving a big hole in my ceiling for a month and a half that leaked water.

Forget what you know about MacArthur Apartments! The new management has really taken charge and cleaned out the property. The units look great with laminate flooring throughout and new matching kitchen alliances! To help keep a peaceful environment for residents, a security guard has been added to the staff (not through a company). If you're looking for a new apartment but are worried about your past, stop in and talk to the staff. Stacie the manager is very nice, helpful, and very responsive.

I like these apartments. I’ve been here since October. Of course stuff has broke or had problems but the maintenance always fixes it. Reading these reviews I feel like some of these people arent as grateful as I am to have a roof over my head. Yes the toilet has flooded my bathroom twice but the first time maintenance came right away to fix it and the second time we did it ourselves because maintenance showed us how to do it. I have yet to see or hear of anyone getting shot by their front door and it’s been quiet. You get what you pay for definitely but I feel like if you aren’t satisfied then you need to save up and move. These apartments aren’t supposed to be your forever home and people need to realize that. If I were you I would choose these apartments and ask to be moved into the apar

" GREAT PLACE TO LIVE" !!! I have a spacious TOWNHOUSE!! Plenty of room and storage! under new management and AMAZING!! I work over nights and am able sleep peacefully during the daytime !! Great community I recommend to any one with a busy schedule and in need of clean quiet spacious newly remodeled TOWNHOUSE I have had a Great experience here for almost a year!!Very satisfied 😊 .

Absolutely do not waste your time living here. We have had countless issues dealing with the management and staff. Between having to wait months to get our A/C fixed in the middle of summer, to them wanting to charge us $1600 for their own bookkeeping mistake, we’ve really been more than fed up here. They were also going to tow a tenant’s vehicle that was stuck in the snow during that ice storm we had a couple years back. They were going to charge him for the tow, even though they refused to plow or shovel their snowed-in parking lot (which everyone was getting stuck in). And we never saw any staff out there helping him get unstuck. They advertise pool and other amenities, which are very often closed with no explanation. The apartments themselves are decent, but it’s not worth putting up
