First of all i dont like to bash places . unfortunately! I have been through some makor changes and obstacles that have been overwhelmingly out of control. I moved in on November 2017 . very happy and content. There were minor problems the first month like central heat and not being able to open my doors. After several calls and emails it was fixed. Then in December after the first big rain my ceiling in my efficiency fell and ruined some of my chef coats and a 150.00 pair of boots. After the leals in the storage area and in the closet where the a/c sets there is mold and damage. I have sent many emails about fixing the problem since then and still nothing. I gave up trying. In February i lost my job at the port which was a big impact on my life going from 35.00 an hour then finding a job

The initial person that I spoke with here was very kind and helpful. But since then the manager has been very unprofessional, biased, and I believe prejudiced!

This place is the worst place in all of corpus, nobody tries to help their tenants they just want to collect their money. We've had our AC leaking for 2-3 months with nobody coming to fix the problem, not even to even come by and look at the problem. It's been Messing up the floor from it being a big puddle of water sitting where the ac vent is located. The sliding door to the balcony and the other window were never sealed so every time it rained water would come through gland we'd have to stop it up with towels, we've messed up so many towels from living here. Our bathtub has been leaking hot water for months, so bad that when we would shower the water would only stay hot for maybe 5 minutes then it'll be cold for a few hrs. The Princess North Water St apartments are very old so they try their best to maintain them. Allen is a very nice and Professional individual along with Michelle and Dominique does an excellent job at the front desk. She puts in work requests when you ask for them and David Garza is one of the best and polite Maintenance person that they have taking care of the properties. He is somewhere around 21 years of age but knows his job very well. My thermostat was flashing low battery and he came up and changed the batteries plus gave me Roach traps for my floor because I saw a few. If I could rate zero stars I would. I lived at the tancahua apartments in Corpus Christi for a year and it was the worst. I did jump on this location rather quickly because I needed to move into my own place in a hurry. The smell of mold was always present unless I lit a bunch of candles. Neighborhood is HORRIBLE. Homeless people squatting in the next apt over. I ended up relocating when the year was up. Cleaned out the apartment to what it was when I moved in. A couple of weeks went by & I was wondering why I hadn’t received my deposit yet. I called FREQUENTLY & never could get any answers. It’s like no one is capable of communicating with each other at that office because the receptionist never knew what the hell I was talking about.
