I looked into living here. Did some research on the Insurane and the media package they force you to take. First the Insurance forced onto residents will not cover personal property even though they stated it will. Their insurance will not cover the storage units if you rent one. The extra taxes is insane. The charge for a community fee but the dont keep up with the landscapping. So glad I looked into this before I moved in.

I truly enjoy living here. Rachel & Rubi are amazing. They do an incredible job keeping up with everything and answering my questions. The maintenance team provides stellar customer service and professionalism. Thank you Ranchstone! 🤍

I’m new to Texas and have lived in two complexes so far. I applied at MAA and was accepted but chose a different complex thinking it would be more cost efficient for me as being an older person….boy was I completely wrong! Long story short you get what you pay for. During my application and approval process it was the simplest, easiest and just better all the way around. The office staff, leading manager are all top notch. Very kind, very respectful and informative and always responding to your needs. I truly dropped the ball not going here but I will definitely be reapplying as soon as my lease is up in this other travesty. The apartments are beautiful, the landscape is gorgeous, which all creates a very welcoming and comfortable environment.

Going on 3rd year here and it has improved greatly over last couple of years. I was able to transfer to an upgraded apartment and we love it! Property is well kept and the staff is always attentive and pleasant. I like the MAA properties and have no plans on leaving anytime soon.

Do not apply if you have mid/low credit. I make well above 2/3 times the rent and have lived here before and was still denied. Was not even offered conditions.
