MAA Prosperity Creek

I hate to write such a scathing review, but after experiencing such a horrendous experience recently with maintenance (specifically Brandon), I feel the need to alert all future renters. (pictures attached) I have never encountered such significant maintenance failings at this site until Brandon came on board. I occupy a 1st floor unit and my 2nd floor neighbor and I apparently share a vertical plumbing stack in the kitchen. Well, a substantial drainage issue arose which required immediate on-site maintenance attention. On Monday (9/15), Brandon came to my unit in the late afternoon to ‘address’ the issue. To make a long story short, he made the plumbing issue worse! He spilled dirty, sewage water all over my kitchen floor from his wet vac. He dismantled the plumbing under my kitchen sick

I love MAA Prosperity Park 10000 times better than MAA Chancellor Park ! They have so many things to bring the neighborhood together during each holiday. They have food trucks and I’m never locked out of my house. 10/10 highly recommended! Stopped In today to make my own bouquet for Valentine’s Day, it was so cute 🥰

The management here makes sure that their residents are well taken care of. They always put on events that are interactive, fun and thoughtful. Any issues or questions are always handle in a timely manner!

Leslie and Steve were wonderful at move in. I'm still receiving that same customer service and will recommend this property to anyone moving from PA or anywhere else. I want to give a Big shout out to Jalen n Robert for coming so quickly for fixing issues.

I appreciate the attentiveness of the Jalen and the rest of the maintenance team. I had se real small projects around the unit light bulbs replaced and ceiling fan fixed. Jalen was professional amd respectful. Thank u Jalen
