MAA Milepost 35

So far since I moved it I have had a great experience with Milepost 35. From the care they take of the common areas (clean and aromatic) to the response and care of maintenance (timely and effective), this new development has been such an assurance to my safety and comfort. Thank you to Alyssa, Giselle, and the other staff whose name I cannot remember right now. You guys are always kind and helpful. Wishing you the best.

If you love power outages and no parking spots late at night this is the perfect spot. I have been here for only a few months and had to toss so much food out because the power went out. If you want to charge your car at a charging station 30% of the chance there will be a spot the other 70% there is a non charging car parked there. Dog poop everywhere somehow pet owners do not pick up their pets waste with a pet waste bin 3 feet away and I used to live in Rino Denver and never seen so much poop everywhere. Trash rooms are never cleaned and feels extremely dirty which is new to me. There seems to be no sanitation at all and it's disgusting touching the door. If you also like your packages to be stolen this is another great place to live. I don't know how there so many good reviews because

I like living here it’s beautiful, safe and clean. The maintenance staff are always on top of things and the office ladies are very nice and helpful. I recently attended two events they host for the community and we had lots of fun! Melody does an amazing job at making these events fun and family friendly.

My experience at MAA Milepost 35 has been great, and a big part of that is because of how supportive and dedicated the staff is. The leasing office team is always kind, friendly, and willing to help. Even when I’ve had a few issues while living here, the maintenance team more than makes up for it. Brad and Tra are absolutely amazing—so friendly, quick, and efficient every time I submit a maintenance request. It really shows how seriously they take their jobs, and the best part is that they always greet you with a smile. I truly can’t say enough good things about them. I’ve lived in several different apartment communities, and this maintenance team genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. One morning after a snowstorm, I even saw Brad out very early shoveling

I’ve had a great experience working with Alissa and Gisele at my apartment community. They’re both professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any questions or issues I’ve had were handled quickly and with great communication. It really makes a difference having property managers who are approachable and on top of things. Highly recommend!
