MAA Energy Park

Let me tell you that I’ve experienced a lot of Apartments and these are the ones! The area is so quiet, kept up with, & beautiful! If you are an active person the reservoir is right behind us with a trail that leads to terry Hershey! The move in process and application process was easy and smooth. Isabell is amazing and a sweetheart! No bugs, no mice, never any issues! (This was a big one because my last two had these issues!) My AC did go out but it was immediately fixed and the maintenance man was amazing! The space for a 1 bd is worth the price. Asked for a carport and instantly received with with such a reasonable price! They do not price gauge. Thank you MAA for being so great! 10/10 recommend!

John was very helpful in getting the A/C back on in my unit. It took a couple of days and quite a bit of work. I reall apprecieate his efforts and MAA. It has been a great place to live because of the people that run the property. Amazing team all around. I can't say enough good things about the maintenance staff as well as a leasing staff. This week they came and fixed a piece on one of the sliding doors in the house. They are always very kind, and know what they're doing. One of the best places I have ever lived.

Maintenance made sure to tend to my request promptly. Within hours of placing it. Jeronimo did a great job.

I had a wasp problem at my front entrance and patio where initially was not taken care of in the first work order. I wrote that it wasn’t completely removed, John and Henry came immediately the next morning and did a great job removing the nests. The maintenance team here has always been great. Geronimo, John and Henry are always friendly and do a great job.

John did a wonderful job with maintenance. I’m so happy all the maintenance crew that comes by. I did great jobs for me.
