If you are considering moving here - I highly advise you don’t Don’t let the first floor fool you, every other floor smells like dog piss and trash - due to them locking the trash chute doors and causing trash to pile up until they decide to unlock it. The “24/7 security” they promised? Non existent. The garage gate has been left wide open the past year and I have yet to see it be closed. There was an active shooting in the building over and our entire building was completely accessible to the public. They also keep the package room locked so neither tenants OR mail carrier can access it, causing mail to be left unattended in an unlocked building which has obviously caused everyone’s mail to be stolen. Repeatedly. I’m sure I’m not the first to complain and they still have yet to fix the is
I normally don’t write reviews, but this needs to be said. The building constantly smells because trash is picked up late, especially in the hallways. There are days where the garbage just sits there and the odor lingers throughout the floors. It makes the whole place feel dirty and poorly managed. The parking garage is just as bad. Trash piles up down there too, and the smell travels into the building. For a place people are paying good money to live in, basic cleanliness and timely trash pickup should be a priority. It’s not a one-time issue — it’s been a consistent problem. Management really needs to step up on maintenance and sanitation. Keeping common areas clean and odor-free is the bare minimum for residents. Right now, the lack of attention to trash and cleanliness makes the enti
During my move-out process, I was told I would not be charged for the final 5 days of March. However, those charges were still added to my account. It’s extremely frustrating to be told one thing and then billed for something different. Parking is also a constant issue. There are not enough parking spots available, which makes coming home stressful. On top of that, security frequently approaches residents and guests over minor things. I’ve had friends questioned about where they live, and even playing music at a low level in the lobby or rooftop consistently results in security telling us to turn it down. It feels excessive and uncomfortable. Another ongoing problem is cleanliness in the parking garage. Trash often sits there long enough to create a strong, unpleasant odor when you park.
I have been living in this community since 2022. During that time, I experienced multiple management changes, including when MAA purchased the property. The initial experiences with previous management were rocky and I was not going to renew my lease. However, within the last couple of months, a new team has taken over and they are rockstars. They immediately began a regular carpet cleaning schedule, took on a mountain of maintenance issues left by previous management, and addressed concerns in an empathetic and kind way. These changes convinced me to stay. The Manager, Loren is very kind and thoughtful. I saw him taking the time to move all of the packages that weren’t delivered to the package concierge to a secure location, I believe packages were also taken to resident doors. Presley an
My pov experience here, 2nd tour on Central and liked the apt home's layout for a one bedroom. But what really stood out is the Staff's interaction! I had a gentleman by tye name, I think Loren[?] was easy to ask questions after touring and he had me sold before I saw the unit. He was helpful in letting us make our informed decision on where the apt homes will be located upon available date this month. We went on a busy Friday and par excellence is what we give this community's well being and warmth for living. We had decided on a Scottsdale similar place but now this will be our second home. I think we will like it here.
