I have been so amazed at the level of hospitality and service at this community. From inquiring about availability to signing my lease was a pleasant& 5 star experience. My leasing agent Jesus communicated everything throughout the entire process and make it very easy to move along the process. The office staff was always friendly and helpful no matter what I came In to check on. Thank you to Jasmine as well for her smile and good energy she had on my move in day, it feels like the staff really enjoy who they work with and the helping the people in the community.

One of the best customer service I have received. Anthony was the one that started my process not only did he give me great service but at the same time he was handling multiple issues at once and and never missed a beat. The young lady and the young man also have great customer service they attend to me when I had issues in the apartment and it was handled right away. Thank you guys you made it very easy to do all the process needed to move in. keep up the Great work you guys do.

I’ve had such a great experience with my leasing office and the staff here! Jesus always welcomes you to the office with such a great attitude and is always open to help with anything! From the very beginning, they’ve been friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. The office team is approachable, knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel valued as a resident. It’s clear they care about keeping the community well-maintained and making sure everyone feels at home. I really appreciate all of their hard work and dedication, living here has been an absolute pleasure!

What a pleasure being a Resident here at M NORTH APTS 3 years and the Maintenance team,Office team has been very kind too me,Always on time with any work orders ,The apartments are kept up,Grass is always cut! The 1 bedrooms are HUGE AND VERY SPACIOUS,The patio is enormous! Thank you
