Paid mr Cain $500 for a property appraisal told me a week which is ridiculous. A week goes by and no call back or email. Tried reaching out with voicemail and nothing. Very good scam artist be very careful. Terrible customer service never answers calls. Returns calls and text very late at night or early early morning beware.
