I’ve lived in this community for about a year and a half, and I can honestly say the transformation since the management change has been incredible. When I first moved in, the previous property management company left a lot to be desired and I was 100% ready to move out. I submitted my intent to vacate letter and all. I’m so glad I had a change of heart and chose to stay, because the difference now is like night and day. The current team has been nothing but attentive, responsive, and it fels like they are genuinely committed to improving the resident experience. Maintenance? On POINT. Every request I’ve put in lately has been handled with actual care and not a “we’ll get to it eventually” energy. I put in a request today at 2:15 and by 2:30ish there was a knock on my door from maintena

The staff were extremely friendly and I was greeted immediately upon arriving for my tour. The leasing manager, Justin, was patient and very helpful. He answered all of my questions without hesitation and you can tell that he loves his job! If you are looking for your next home make sure you give him a call! Thanks again Justin!

Unprofessional and unacceptable experience. I scheduled a tour for 12:45 PM and arrived early at 12:42 PM. Upon arrival, I was told they were short staffed and that the employee who conducts tours was already with someone else. No estimated wait time was provided. I explained that I was on my lunch break and only had 45 minutes, but I was told—rudely—that it was not their problem and that I could reschedule. She said she cannot leave the office but there is a sign specifically for situations like this. I cannot keep using my limited lunch break time just to risk being turned away again. Extremely disappointing customer service and a complete disregard for scheduled appointments.

The staff here is amazing from the friendly staff that feels like family Q, Justin AJ and Tasia even the maintenance crew Seth Chris and Jacob. Their schedules are busy but in no time your issues are resolved quickly like Jacob came and fixed my toilet really quick and didn’t freak out when my dog barked at the door he was understanding. So glad I renewed my lease here .

I recently toured a one bedroom with Justin and was very pleased with his friendly and professional demeanor. He readily answered my questions thoroughly and offered helpful information about the area and available specials. I could tell that he cares about the satisfaction and comfortability of his residents and will definitely consider this property as my next home.
