A lot of these five start reviews are left from people who toured or just signed a lease and let me be clear they are fantastically nice to new residents. But once you've signed on the dotted line and they have your money in pocket they cannot be bothered. It took three months of me asking to finally get the Dwello smart home features they promised. The pool has been closed basically my entire stay with this apartment with little communication. They expect you to pay for maintenance repairs including worn down components inside appliances. They doubled charged us for valet trash multiple months in a row. And when we went down to fix it they said "well pay double this time and we'll take it off next time" and next time they charged us twice AGAIN when I brought it up with them. They took th

Came in to inquire about an apartment although it was out of my price range the young lady in the front Beatrice was very nice and helpful. She helped me find a sister property that can meet my price range. After being dismissed at a couple other properties for not having an appointment or the rent being too high its refreshing to have someone really take the time to assist me with my search for a new home. Thanks again

I waited about two months before leaving this review to be sure it was accurate. Overall, I’ve had a great experience at these apartments. Sharese has been especially helpful, welcoming, and friendly from the beginning. She is quick to respond and gets anything that needs to be addressed taken care of right away. Everyone here has been very respectful and kind, which is a big deal to me. The community is also very clean and well-maintained. The rest of the staff has been wonderful to my children, and the little treats and activities they offer have been a really nice touch that make the community feel welcoming. I’m happy with my decision to move here and truly appreciate the supportive staff.

My wife and I recently moved to Las Vegas and toured several complexes, and this was by far the most inviting and affordable. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. As part of the LGBTQ+ community, feeling accepted matters, and this community truly delivered. Jasmine was amazing—she made us feel at home, addressed all our concerns, and even recommended local LGBTQ+ spots. We didn’t hesitate to call Lyric home. Highly recommend, and definitely ask for Jasmine.
