Lyra Apartments

I truly love living here. The maintenance team is incredible—every time I put in a request, it’s handled either the same day or the very next day. You can tell the staff really cares because the grounds crew is constantly walking the property to keep everything clean and well-maintained. On top of that, the leasing agents are absolutely wonderful and go out of their way to help with anything I need. It’s rare to find an apartment complex where the entire team is this professional and dedicated. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for an apartment where you truly feel taken care of, Lyra Apartments is it. I actually moved here from Renata Apartments when the management team transferred over — they were such an amazing group of people that when they left, I followed. And if you click on my profile, you’ll see I had nothing but great things to say about them back when I lived there, too. That alone should tell you how much I trust and appreciate them. When I was apartment hunting around San Antonio, I read so many reviews trying to figure out the right place. I truly loved my time living at Lyra Apartments. The community, atmosphere, and overall experience were fantastic, and I have nothing but great things to say about living here. It really felt like home, and I would 100% recommend this complex to friends and future residents without hesitation. I lived at Lyra from August 23 to June 24. Within that period the complex had several different Management groups, most recent is Knightvest. This review is NOT a review on Knightvest, as a company, as they have many properties and generally do a very good job for the tenants that live on those other properties. This is specifically the people who are in charge of Lyra and for its current and future residents. The past few months have been a nightmare dealing with this property and Samantha and we are still without our deposit being returned to us. It is past the time to write a review for future/ current renters of unit 8202. The pictures and videos speak for themselves. Within our time there we have seen multiple car break -ins, a stabbing, many arrests, and no access to amenities incl

Building 6 has a black mold infestation. It even comes out of the vents. Also, they have no problem towing your vehicle if they want, the employees live there and show favoritism as long as you party with them in the pool. Would give a 0 but google likes to be kind. Be warned and look elsewhere, or take the chance of living in this swamp.
