Very friendly staff, Maintenance is very quick if needed. They keep the grounds tidy. Very quiet area for town homes being in the middle of spokane. Highly recommend.

The Good: I lived at the complex for 3 years, and will say there's good townhouses here. Landlord and staff are excellent, very accomodating and willing to work with you. Maintenance issues are handled quickly, but in my experience are rare. People who work there are understanding, tolerant, accepting of LGBT+, and pretty relaxed. They followed COVID-19 guidelines. The grounds are generally well maintained, with a handyman who comes around and mows/shovels snow. There's a playground for kids, a clean pool, etc. It's very near a lot of shopping, and as someone with no car I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go during the pandemic. The Bad: Neighbors can be a mixed bag. They are generally nice and keep to themselves, but occasionally you'll get a neighbor who is disruptive or inconsi

My husband and I rented a few apartments here and had no troubles at all. The apartment was clean with spasious rooms. The management was akways awesome to us. You could never have a bwtter apartment owners. When we asked for somethibg to be fixed the maintenance did complete order within 24 hour and there is a after hour maintenance number as well if needed.

Been meaning to write this since November when we moved out. My wife and I lived at Lyons Glenn for around 10 years. The apartment owner's/managers were always fantastic to us. The only reason we moved out was because we bought a house. If you are having problems with something, talk to them, they WILL work with you as long as you are willing to work with them.

Different name, same garbage slumlords. Manager is rude, rude, rude. And probably on drugs and a drunk. One of the street-facing units had plywood where the window should have been for six months. Lots of drugs, lots of prowlers and trash everywhere - sidewalks, lawns, parking lot. Also bedbugs. They have a rotating gang of a dozen "maintenance guys" who are really tenants who are trying to work off their rent. Feel sorry for you if you are here. Your car will get broken into over and over.
