Lyons Court Apartments

Absolutely love living here. A few minor hassles on intake process that I expect are unusual but once we got through it u couldn't be happier. I love my unit. Very impressed by Savannah. Bambi is also amazing. I've been here a few months and am satisfied. It's a crazy market right now but I'm soo thankful to have a good place. It's very quiet tho the neighborhood has seen a lot of crazy stuff lately. But I feel safe overall. The price was right. And I'm super happy with the amount of space I have. Attentive management. I'm in the middle on a second floor. So far neighbors have been wonderful. Very quiet. I came from a rather more upscale community with the same owner and heard drama and loud neighbors on the regular. Thought I was taking a step down moving to this location. Neighborhood is

Lovely staff and amazing maintenance. There are also giveaways that have been really fun to enter, and so has one. I love how involved they are in the apartments community

If there were 0 stars, that would've been my choice, as 1 star is too generous. This apartment complex, along with most Douglass properties, will charge you for everything and anything they can. As someone who has always had a great rental history, I'm appalled with the way this company has come after me for things I did not do. They have zero compassion, and are quick to blame and harass their tenants. Do not rent here, as even if you do NOTHING wrong, you could still get in trouble.

I soooooo love it here and mainly because my apartment feels "sooooo comfortable" and it really makes me think that I can now call "it home". and it feels like "I have a real home". I can honestly say now that this apartment out of ALL of the places I have lived in through the last 22 years that I FINALLY have a wonderful place I CALL IT MY HOME... plus, i know that I am talking about my opinion on this and I have been only saying that this is my home, my apartment and more. but I share it with my wonderful hubby and I can't answer for him about living here but from what he has said to me, a few times or so since we have been in this apartment, that he actually thinks and feels like this apartment is a home (compare to previous places that we've been in).
