Lyons Corner

Watching the small changes with the new management team at Lyons Corner has been a refreshing experience! It's the little things that really stand out, like seeing the property manager taking the time to clean up trash around the property. It shows that she truly cares about the community and its upkeep. I’m excited to see what Coastal Ridge has in store for the future of Lyons Corner. Keep up the great work!

Best place to live! I’ve had such a great experience at Lyons Corner; everything has been smooth, comfortable, and easy. I’m renewing for the second time now and honestly can’t imagine living anywhere else. Highly recommend!

New management is nice and actually care about our feedback. Communicating with them during inspections was nice. Excited to see the renovations start. I love living here.

Lyon’s Corner was a relatively acceptable living experience during my last two years at UF. Pros: maintenance was relatively timely when completing requests, apartment was relatively clean upon move-in, no issues when getting deposit money back (although it took forever), and location was very nice. Cons: Lyon’s corner is ridiculously expensive for what it is, roommate matching is a joke, I had an awful roommate until my brother took her place - I highly recommend leasing with a friend or relative if at all possible, the tandem parking is a joke and is miserable to manage if you have a job or are busy besides going to class, the walls are PAPER THIN, extremely loud roommates at times, my upstairs neighbors even threw up over our balcony from one story above.
