My experience at Lynnwood Apartment Homes has been negative due to the strict and unreasonable way visitor parking rules are enforced. The property imposes excessive requirements for receiving visitors, exposing tenants and their family members or friends to immediate penalties, even when vehicles are parked in areas designated for visitors. These rules are applied without flexibility or clear warnings, creating a sense of arbitrariness. This approach to visitor parking negatively affects residents’ peace of mind and overall quality of life. I do not recommend Lynnwood Apartment Homes.

If I could give 0 starts I would but Just by reading the reviews here and seeing there responses shows you the kind of staff you will be dealing with at lynnwood apartments. Let me share some of there insane grasping policies as a past tenant for those who don’t read the lease throughly and looking to move here and these are just some I went through residing here, I advice reading the lease throughly if you’d like to know about all. They give you a $50 fine for going anything over 5 mph in the parking lot. A $50 fine for having shoes outside or any non patio furniture where they will randomly pick a day to fine with no warning, happened to me when I was out of town. A $75 fine if you’re not prepped for pest control. A $75 fine if you do not turn in your keys on move out day before 12pm. A

Review of Lynnwood Apartment Homes My experience at Lynnwood Apartment Homes has been very negative, mainly due to the arbitrary and excessive policies regarding visitor parking. The complex requires that any visitor—even a family member or friend staying for only 5 or 6 hours—must be reported days in advance, and the tenant must obtain a special permit. Otherwise, the vehicle risks being towed even when parked in an area clearly marked as “visitor parking.” In my personal case, my vehicle was towed after only 6 hours of being parked, without any prior warning or direct notice. I was later charged $215, allegedly for 12 hours, which I consider completely disproportionate and arbitrary. By far the worst apartments , charged me for beat up cabinets when they never put new ones. Overall the apartment wasn’t ready , lots of roaches 🪳 even when they have someone come spray to get rid of them . Doesn’t even work . Charge you for every little thing . The office is no help in putting a order in to get something fixed in apartment. Disappointed, Lack of communication.

These apartments are the worst in terms of condition and tenant relations. Yesterday, I visited a friend around 8 PM and stayed overnight at his apartment. When I woke up at 3:50 AM, I realized my car had been towed. I went to the leasing office, and they told me I should have gotten a parking permit at 8:00 PM... In short, it’s the worst; they’re just running a business amongst themselves.
