Lynnview Ridge Apartments

It’s a nice place but if you have kids they are very strict. They basically can’t do anything outside or they will give you marks. They also come in once a month to check the place and do it around 7 in the morning and slam on the door for you too answer the. Have that attitude like deal with it. There are many flaws!! But for a budget price it’s still a nice place. Neighbors are crazy. And I still haven’t received my deposit and I’ve been gone a year now. Also saw a review saying it’s a safe place. It is but isn’t. It is beside the rough trailer park and at night MANY time there will be strange guys walking around the parking lot and when you tell management they say it’s not their problem. Lived there from 2014-2016, literally first tenant after they finished building them. Pros: large rooms, plenty of storage, new appliances, included in unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher, nice porch, quiet family friendly, upstairs had vaulted ceilings, very reasonable prices. Cons: maybe the management team has changed, but when we lived there we had CONSTANT issues with roaches, even in a brand new apartment; we followed all routes to request maintenance to eliminate roach problem, maintenance was extremely rude; management (the lady who was there 2014-2016 beyond rude, petty, even violent - wouldn't renew our lease because of us going over her head to corporate, when she would do nothing about our repeated requested for pest control, zane marked my wife and got into an physical altercat

The apartment itself is very nice, but the staff is VEEY lacking! We have been without water in all buildings for TWO DAYS. Management says the city needs to cut the water back on. Central dispatch takes water dept after hours calls and they told me yesterday at 1:15 that repairs need to be made before they will turn the water back on and that they were told this on Saturday early evening! There is no excuse for such blatant disregard for our well being! VEEY disappointed!

Nobody's there to show us or talk to about the apts.

They are beautiful Apartments how I know is that my daughter in law is now living there because her and my son split up but they're not divorced yet he is here with me but I hope they get together they had three beautiful boys and I really love her as a daughter-in-law I would accept her as my own daughter she is a love and caring person and those apartments we're just meant for her and the boys and I would recommend those apartments to anyone that one that is Looking for one
