Lynn Haven Apartments

I’ve lived at Lynn Haven for almost 8 years, and it’s been a wonderful experience. Terri takes cares of any issues promptly, she is kind, and takes care of her business. I highly recommend Lynn Haven to anyone looking for a peaceful place, it’s an awesome place to call home!

I lived out in the Lynn Haven Apartments for a little over 2 yrs and I have no complaints Mrs Terri does a great job of responding to any issues that may come up, I appreciate everything from her to help make my stay a welcoming one while living in the Lynn Haven Apartments Community.

I have lived in Lynn Haven for 5 years. Miss Terri is by far the best landlord I have had. She responds to my calls and texts and fixes things whenever requested. I would recommend Lynn Haven to anyone.

I loved living at Lynn Haven. I was a single woman with the nearest family member an hour away, and I always I felt safe the entire 26 months. I had great neighbors who looked out for each other. I did not know a place like this existed it was a dream come true. This is a great community with a wonderful landlord as well. Where can you find a landlord that finds out you are sick and offer to bring you soup? NOWHERE! I could go on & on about the community, landlord, and neighbors. This place was truly an answer to my prayers, plus more. The only reason I moved is because of my job. Other than that, I would probably be a forever tenant.

I loved living at Lynn Haven Apartments! The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the property landlord is a breath of fresh air. On the RARE occasions when there is a maintenance issue, she is polite and caring—the response time is quick. You’ll love living there, too!
