Lynco Properties gives you the same sales tactic B.S. for an apartment, but gives you no chance to talk with anyone about anything financial. They'd put up just as much red tape for lowering your rent by five bucks as they would lowering your rent one penny. You must accept the "Great mystery" of how your offer was automatically

Two years ago, I would have given Lynco a 5* rating. The difference in then and now appears to be the person hired to be the district manager for our property. Our manager is amazing. He is close to the age of the residents and understands the dream Kate Frank had when she built our dream home. It was like living a dream, until a new district manager came in and made us feel unheard and devalued. It has gotten so bad that one of the long term residents has written a poem to comfort all of the residents during the drastic changes that are being made. This place no longer feels like an active community. Lobby furniture has been removed. Personal touches in the hallways are no longer allowed. Even though residents are allowed to clean the building, they no longer feel free to enjoy t

2 different properties I've lived in and next time I'll make sure to never live in lynco property again. I used to live in the greens they maintain their properties much better and actually took care of any complaints I had instead of not communicating and ignoring me👍

Avoid this place unless you want to lose money. -They changed the first contract and acted like it wasn’t a big deal -they changed the contract between first and second contract and said no changes -they charged me for carpet cleaning even though I did -they charged 225 for counter resurfacing when I didn’t cook there and didn’t live there for 6 months of the two years I lived there while going to school. When I asked to have pictures proving the damages they rescinded the fees. Bad unethical business practices.

On May 31st. Mickey the maintenance guy was driving by on the cart and he’s so nice he ask how we were doing and I had mentioned that I was going to have to come down to the office because are stool was messed up and he said if we could give him a few minutes he would be more than happy to come up and look at it. Not only did he fixed it but he was very pleasant and extremely helpful and said that if we need anything else looked at just let him know. Thank you Mickey for a great job
