We have had nightmare after nightmare since March 2023 when we began construction. Our addition was slated to take 4-6 months and it took 26 months with an entire year afterwards of repairs and fixing mistakes. John quoted us $270k to complete the addition and it cost over $500k to finish the entire job. John, the owner, is who we worked with during the renovation after Randal was unable to complete the job. To begin, John allowed the existing part of our home to become filled with mold after he left the roof open during a week long rainstorm. All of the drywall in an entire bedroom and our formal living room had to be replaced. They used store bought bleach spray to kill the mold. The guys at Lynch Construction finished the master bathroom model after our bathroom contractor dropped the ball and didn't complete the job. I've known Johnnie for about two years and used Lynch Construction for a cabinet/countertop remodel at home. He is a great guy. Always patient, calm, explains things, and communicates - and he does great work. He saved me from a big problem by calmly talking me out of following my best judgment (which was completely wrong). Now that is value! I recommend John without any reservations.
