Since the recent change in ownership, the improvements around the community have been very noticeable. The property is better maintained, service requests are completed more promptly, and management has been more engaged and communicative. It’s clear the new team is committed to elevating the resident experience and investing in the long-term quality of the community.

Ever since the new management stepped in, the community has improved so much. The staff is amazing—always helpful and sincerely caring.

I have been living here for awhile now and have seen 3 to 4 management companies come and go. Indigo is the newest one and they don't answer phone calls or emails. Can not talk to to anyone unless you owe back rent. I have talked with several tenants and they say the same thing.

I've had a great experience at Lyn Crossing so far. The manager is very helpful and the property looks great. 10/10 would recommend.

I have lived here for a while. New management Indigo took over recently and so far they are really great. New owners seem to take the time and make the property look nice...
