You pay your rent on time and don't tear the place up, you never see or hear from them. Good maintenance dept that gets there quickly to repair the problem, and overall nice places. If you don't pay your rent or break your lease, these folks don't play. You will be evicted promptly and your things will wind up on the curb. I believe that they also accept ex-cons when most places in the area don't. 500.00 non refundable pet deposit. I personally think that's a bit excessive. To wrap it up, I've rented from LVR for 8 years and am happy to give them a 5 star rating.

Let me start off by saying that no one should be subjected to the kind of negligence that my mother in law is currently experiencing, but given the fact that she's 1) a senior 2) disabled and 3) lives alone, it is especially shameful and DANGEROUS. During last week's horrific storm, a tree fell onto the property she lives in completely blocking the only door to the home and preventing entry or exit. Since that time, and after numerous requests for help, the company finally decided to send a DRUNKEN MAINTENANCE MAN with a CHAINSAW to the property to cut out a section just big enough for her to get in/out of the home. To add insult to injury, as if being intoxicated with a chainsaw wasn't enough, he was rude and snapped at her while performing his "work." But, let me be clear, no work has

Maintenance requests were frequently delayed, and communication from the front office to tenants was unreliable at best. After moving out, I was frustrated to find a charge deducted from my security deposit for dirty AC coils—even though my lease only required monthly air filter replacements, which I consistently completed. Coil maintenance was never outlined as my responsibility. Given these issues, I would not recommend renting from LVR and hope this feedback helps others make informed decisions.
