However, Gabe Fotu truly stood out for his outstanding service. I met with Gabe and clearly explained exactly what I was looking for in an apartment, and he delivered 100% of what I desired. Absolutely excellent apartment complex! Staff are knowledgeable, dedicated, and pleasant to talk to! Brand new complex with new amenities, including a gym, dog park, pickleball court, pool, game room and communal Barbecue ranges. The apartments themselves are spacious, well- planned and affordable! 10/10, would recommend to everyone!

The apartments are nice, but some residents show little consideration for others. The tenants on the third floor often make loud noises that sound like bowling throughout the day and night. Although the complex provides a dog park, many pet owners still allow their dogs to relieve themselves around the buildings, including near other residents’ patios and windows. If you enjoy keeping your windows open, this may be an issue. Patio decorations are also very limited, with minimal options allowed. On a positive note, the leasing staff is great—helpful and professional. However, the clubhouse hours are inconvenient for anyone who works a standard 9–5 schedule, as it’s often closed by the time you’re off work. Lastly, most units offer limited storage space, and nothing is allowed to be stored

I just relocated from Indiana to Las Vegas. Gabrielle was Absolutely amazing in helping me with my move. From start to finish, he helped me thru the process with seamless effort. My place is great & the staff is fabulous! I highly reccommed LVB if your planning on moving..

I genuinely love this place. Everything at LVB has been an amazing experience - from move in to now, I’ve been so impressed with the staff, the apartment, the amenities and the up keep of the complex. I’ve personally interacted with Kai, Broc and Dane the most in the office, and they’ve all been so professional, helpful and kind every single time. Also love that they keep the office stocked with snacks and beverages for us. The maintenance staff does a fantastic job of getting repairs done quickly and keeping the property looking nice. My pups love the dog park; and I love that the pool and gym are always open and accessible to residents. I highly recommend LVB.
