Most horrible experience ever. Whatever u do, don't sign a contract with them. When you move they will make you pay for a whole new house for them. We have never had to rent a place for 30 yrs,found ourselves in a situation due to job. Were forced to rent for the short time we were there. What a nightmare,house so old and dated , carpet old and dirty. Which they are now making US pay for new carpet for the new people. Yes, we had pets which we paid 900.00 dollars for just to live there. Making us pay 300 bucks to flea treat house and and YARD! That is so ridiculous! So take my warning and look elsewhere, plenty of grt housing for rent in Knoxville, we were just in a crunch and didn't have time to find somewhere else. They are charging us 1550.00 to vacate plus our 300dollar deposit. Keep o
