Emily Corsaro is an excellent agent. We found an apartment on the LRG website and were able to sign it within 2 days. Not only is she extremely professional, but she was also able to answer any question we had extremely quickly. Hard to come across an agent who is so qualified and knowledgeable. We worked with Kaitlyn Attfield and she was the worst broker I have ever worked with in my 10+ years living in Boston. She didn’t follow up with the seller on time, and we lost 2 apartments due to her not being on top of things. She was also very rude and unprofessional in her communication. Disappointed - I will not use this company again and I don’t recommend her. EDIT after seeing the owners response: I’m posting on behalf of my significant other who worked with Kaitlyn to find an apartment for us. I can assure you that my review is genuine. I was very disappointed by her lack of professionalism in working with us.

I’ve never written a review before but I see other reviews had similar issues that I had so I decided I should. I was the first, or so I thought, person to reply to the listing through their system I signed up for that was supposed to notify me when a listing became available. I thought the agent was doing an amazing job that day replying and setting up a tour with me. We set up a tour for when he was to return from a trip. I had to find out for myself about two days before the tour that the listing had sold the first weekend it was available. If I had not reached out to the “agent” who I’m not even sure at this point was the agent, and ask if the tour was still on or not. He said it sold the first weekend it was listed. I’m not mad that it sold without me seeing it necessarily, because
