Eve has been our realtor for years, after having our offer accepted on our James Island lakefront home several years ago, the listing agent came back the next day and tried to get the offer thrown out stating shady reasoning, I later found out that it was an attempt by the large company to keep the deal in house resulting in thousands more in the commissions.
