Living here has been a wonderful experience. The apartments are modern and well‑kept, the amenities are convenient, and the community feels safe and peaceful. The leasing staff (Sarah and Tim) deserve special recognition—they’re attentive, professional, and consistently go above and beyond to make sure residents feel supported. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with paperwork, or resolving small issues, they handle everything with kindness and efficiency. It’s rare to find a place where the people make such a difference, but this is one of them.

I’ve lived at LUXOR Wilmington for over a year, and I’ve had a great experience. One of the first things you notice is how clean and well-maintained the entire property is from the garage to the common areas to units themselves. The amenities are a standout the gym is modern and well equipped, the yoga studio is a plus and spacious, and the grills and common areas are always clean even during the summer. LUXOR is also a very quiet place to live, which makes it easy to relax. The staff here is professional. The Community Manager, Sarah, truly stands out. She is extremely attentive to residents’ needs and always goes out of her way to be accommodating. The premium apartment complex fit with every comfort and lifestyle goal you have at your fingertips. Couldn’t have been more pleased with this community! Sarah, Tim, and Anthony are so helpful and down to earth. They are always so warm and welcoming to my family when they come to visit— and are accommodating to my family/visitors with mobility issues. I love that the team is small and their time/attention isn’t split between multiple properties. Very sad to be leaving, but if it wasn’t for work I’d stay for as long as I could!

I have lived here for over 6 months now and still really love it! I feel at home, safe, and very comfortable! My neighbors are really nice and easy going! The management is very caring and authentic! They arrange really fun social get-togethers! The potlucks are the best! It feels like a real community! As a nurse, I so recommend it! Another real plus: They love my dog and ALL dogs!
