Luxor Club

I fell in love with the apartments the moment we hopped on the gulf cart and went for a tour! Our tour guide (Maurice) was amazing. The amenities are great! I love how quiet it is, very neighbor friendly. We just renewed our lease && I honestly couldn’t be more happier. Their response times are amazing when it comes to maintenance. All of the staff are very helpful and nice. I honestly have no complaints!

I love living here BUT the pool is constantly closing for repairs like every month!! Also the playground needs some TLC (broken spinning cycle equipment). Overall the community is very kid friendly and close to good schools. The apartment looks better than the videos and pictures. Maintenance does a great job at up keeping the community and comes out fast if you need anything. I just wish the pool was open more often. I absolutely love Jessica! I decided at the last minute to look for an apartment over the weekend so I reviewed Luxor Club online and spoke with Victoria and Jillian to schedule a tour. Jessica a true angel took me on my tour and it was quite an adventure. We had lots of laughs and ultimately she helped me choose and fall in love with my new apartment. She encouraged me to take pictures and I totally forgot to take some of the apartment I wanted. I went back to Luxor Club as soon as they opened on Monday morning and that’s when I met Maurice another angel. I couldn’t stay to take pictures but Maurice went to the apartment for me and took lots of pictures and a video which helped me know for sure that I was choosing that apartment. I lived here for several years when it very first opened up until I got married and bought a house in Ponte Vedra. I loved living here.!! Of course it was brand new and so very nice. The pool area is better than many resorts, and I have been all over the world as we travel often. I was able to move into a two bedroom with 2 1/2 bath and it was relatively inexpensive. They gave me a month of free rent and I didn’t even have to pay a deposit. I did have to do a credit check and provide proof of income, which was well over six figures. I really liked all the free food and margaritas and pool parties that they had often. I never once saw any bugs or anything like that like another reviewer mentioned. Maurice Fields was amazing! From the moment he showed me the Luxor Club property to the day I moved in, he made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything went perfectly. Thank you, Maurice, for making my move-in process wonderful!
