I worked with Gina to look for an apartment in Flatbush NY. I have dealt with many brokers in the past but she was one of the very few who was really genuine and very honest about the whole process. She constantly went back and forth with the landlord and me for different questions I had. She is very responsive. I really appreciated her time and demeanor when she was showing me the apartment too. Without hesitation, I would recommend her to anyone whose looking for apartments in the area.
