Luxia Midtown Park Apartments

I’ve been a resident for going on 5 years. We have had numerous management companies. I absolutely despised RPM. I was nervous when we were notified that RPM was taking over again. To my surprise, this place seems to just have better vibes since they took over. I feel like maintenance has been quicker and they left a note when they did an inspection. I don’t remember the last time I was notified that someone came into my apartment. I would find out through my camera. This made me really nervous. I have a small pup and at one point, he got stuffed into his travel bag and it was extremely scary coming home and seeing him in there and not knowing who was in here. I never really had much issues when I first moved in except some packages got stolen and there was a car break in issue where the old management seemed to not really care. However, there is new management where it seems they put in more effort, but I recently switched to a bigger unit and it wasn’t a pleasant process. I appreciate the management team’s efforts in trying to soothe out my issues, but I truly feel everything could’ve been avoided. I am not one to speak negatively on this stuff but it’s to a point I dread coming back “home” nowadays when this is supposed to be a “elevated/luxury” living space. Writing a review is very new for me, but I have to give props where props are due. Mason did a fantastic job during the tour with my fiancé and I. We both loved his energy and eagerness to show us the complex. Although we were on a time restraint due to having another tour elsewhere, he was very accommodating and even managed to squeeze in another floorplan that wasn't even on our radar. Needless to say, we applied and hope we get accepted!

Whenever I look into apartments, the two most important things for me are affordability and a friendly, cooperative lease office staff. The assistant manager, Ida, has been amazing since day one, always offering the most affordable options and willing to help me figure out ways to pay rent. As a 20-year-old and this is about to be my first complete year here as a new adult I am very grateful for the staff always being helpful, open, and supportive.

I had a great tour at Luxia Rockwall Downs with Morgan! She was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions, and made the experience enjoyable. Made everything incredibly undertandable. The apartments are beautiful and affordable. I can’t wait to come back this summer to move in!
