Luxe Ripon Apartments

We lived in Luxe Ripon Apartments for a little over four years and if it weren’t for us purchasing a home we would still be there 😊 Very wonderful experience, Leah (the manager) was there from the start and she is the best! Always helpful and scheduled maintenance appts asap if we needed anything fixed! Maintenance was always super helpful and quick to fix things, and Contis (leasing consultant) was always getting back to any questions I had quickly which is what you want! The Apartments are beautiful and updated! Great place if you have kiddos, I have two littles, so it was very nice that Luxes has two playgrounds and two swimming pools and a small gym which is such a plus! 😊 another bonus is you are allowed to have up to 3 pets! The staff here is amazing! Leah and Contis are both professional and go above and beyond to make sure that your living experience is exceptional! The community is beautiful and maintenance is very responsive as well!!

Living here for over four years gives me a perspective that could be useful to new residents. Since I noticed some recent unfavorable reviews, I thought I'd provide a more up-to-date review. The management team has done an excellent job ensuring sure the residents are happy, therefore I don't understand why the complex has received so negative feedback. This is why I haven't moved out yet, even though it would be more convenient to do so as a result of my commute. The management has been criticized for allegedly not doing enough to enforce rules, as stated in a number of the negative reviews. There is a limit to what the office can do on the legal side of a lease, and tenants will always find a way to break the restrictions.
