Luxe 88

This place is a total joke. The front office has zero class and even less concern for residents. They love to advertise “luxury” but deliver nothing close. Emails go into a black hole and no one lifts a finger to actually solve problems. I had to leave work to deal with an issue that could have been resolved with a simple phone call. When I arrived I walked in on robin, who I was told by Steve that she wasn’t in the office that day. Robin claimed the maintenance worker was at another property. From the time he left my apartment to when I arrived that explanation makes no sense at all. The entire situation was unacceptable and feels like a serious breach of trust. The two front desk staff treats residents as if they are unintelligent, and their behavior toward black residents gives the cle

New maintenance guy is a weirdo…. Doesn’t seem like he’s experienced working around people of color. Walks around with headphones around his neck… the guy with the gauges in his ear is cool & personable. He gets the job done!

My family and I absolutely love living at Luxe 88! The manager (Robin) and staff members are wonderful, kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Anytime we’ve needed help from maintenance, our requests are answered promptly. These guys are the best! The office staff is always offering fun incentives for residents as well. A few recent ones include donuts and cider, book/plant exchange, grab and go breakfast sandwiches, hotdogs and chips in the afternoon, pool parties, the list goes on. The amenities are fabulous! The pool is always clean and warm, with many lounge chairs to enjoy. My husband and I love using the gym as well. Plenty of machines and equipment to use. I’ve been at Luxe 88 for a few months now and it's not perfect but it’s been a pretty good experience overall. Besides a small issue with one of the kitchen appliances when I first moved in (which maintenance fixed pretty quickly), I haven’t really had any problems. No roaches, no leaks, and I haven’t seen trash left in the elevators which is nice. The only downside is some noise from upstairs, not a big deal most of the time, just noticeable if someone decides to run around their apartment at 1am. But that also depends on the people. Other than that, Steven at the front desk is always super helpful and friendly, and the maintenance guys have been great about taking care of things fast.

Since moving in, this apartment has blown me away! From the amenities, to cleanliness, safety, and especially the management. Steven has always been very accommodating and is very easy to get in touch with if you have any concerns or questions about anything! I could not recommend this property enough!
