The key card situation is ridiculous. Even just to exit the complex on foot you need a keycard to get through the little walk-thru gate, or else you're literally trapped inside. So if your spouse already left with the keycard then you are forced to stay home at that point, as they only allow ONE KEYCARD PER HOUSEHOLD. This also means if you have a friend come over you'll have to walk him to the gate every time cuz he won't be able to leave (or enter) without a keycard if he came on foot. So much hassle that could easily be avoided if they would at least allow two keycards per household. Edit to reply: Wrong! When me and my wife lived there we only got 1 keycard and yall wouldnt let us have another one. Your whole setup is making situations where people have to plan their daily movements t

this place is a nightmare huge sewer, mold, roach/bug problem!!! the knock off pest control they offer just pushes the roaches into the wall… THEY ARE EVERYWHERE

Absolutely love living here! Fenced in complex with a card needed for the gate. They have made some amazing upgrades! The little play area would have to be our favorite! Maintenance calls are answered in a timely manner which is great! Management is excellent with caring for their tenants!

I would give less than 1 star if I could. To begin with this location is in a bad part of Little Rock that I certainly don’t frequent now. The experience may not have been as negative if I hadn’t had been robbed of everything but my mattress stand. Apartment maintenance changed my lock and they are the main suspects in my mind since I kept the door locked. I came back to find everything gone except my mattress and stand. Later I left and returned again and the mattress was gone. Please don’t consider this place as your next residence. The staff didn’t even seem alarmed or care about what happened…

Shannon is the ultimate person for this property. I love her caring nature and attention she gives the property and residents. Great decision made to bring her back. Shannon and Mike are awesome!
