Luxana Apartments

Living here has been a good experience overall. When we moved into our unit, it was almost comical how many issues we had. This included the AC going out multiple times in the heat of summer, a broken stove, a leaky dishwasher, an unresponsive fan, and the list goes on. BUT, the staff is so amazing that we aren’t even concerned about it. Dylan, the maintenance supervisor is the best thing about this complex. He is promptly taking care of every issue with so much kindness and will respond at any time. You can tell that he truly cares about the residents and delivering his best work. If the space and parking works for you, I’d recommend this complex.

We've been here for about a month and so far, I really like the place. There are a couple for minor issues, (towel rack falling off) and parking could be interesting if you have a large pickup truck but the apartments are very nice and roomy. The master bedroom is crazy spacious. The maintenance fellows are very quick to take care of things in a timely manner. Every neighbor I've spoken to is very nice...one even helped to carry a heavy dresser up the stairs. The location is amazing. Everything is close. I'm enjoying it here.

Living here has been a great experience, and a big part of that is the management staff. The service supervisor, Dylan, is incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and always goes above and beyond. He responds to every maintenance request so quickly and even stayed late one evening when the power went out just to make sure everyone could get into their garages. He’s even pulled out our trash cans on days I forgot. Also, our community manager Rick has been equally fantastic. He's super responsive and helpful with anything we’ve needed during our stay. Great team all around!

Luxana has been a great place to live. So much room for my entire family. The backyard and master bedroom is my favorite by far! The master is super huge! I Have two closets one for my boyfriend and one huge one for all my stuff. The apartment is kept clean and we have no bugs with the exception of of the seasonal ants! We have gone through a few managers and the newest one is really doing the most to make our little community beautiful and most importantly listens to residents. Maintenance is very quick to respond. 5 stars all the way.

It is going on 3 years since I moved in. Management is super friendly and they are as accommodating as can be. The Central Phoenix location is of course great and if you are looking to lease in this area, you will for sure be happy here. An Immaculate pool area with clean restrooms, 24 hours or less for any maintenance requests, regular upkeep on the entire property, and it is kid friendly but without nighttime noise. It was built only a few years back so the units are modern and super clean. I am happy here.
