Lux13 Apartments

Please never tour this place I’d you want your phone blown up. My friends and I have nonstop been getting calls from them and we told them we weren’t interested. The place smelled like weed and our tour guide had hickeys super visible on his neck. He wouldn’t leave us alone when we were touring and followed us room to room and constantly asked if we liked it and if we were excited to live here and it was just uncomfortable.

Lux was alright. It was not very poorly managed to any degree but I would not give it 5 stars. They really made it out to be much nicer than it was during the tour but just know you will not be getting the “display model apartment”. If you’re in a 3x3 you will probably get much older appliances, however I know the 4x4 are newer and nicer.

I moved from one apartment in the complex to another, so I already knew what I was getting, which is good service all around. I was slated to move into one particular room, but I preferred a second room in the same aparrment that was also being vacated (same layout, but a window that would be better for my disabled cat). Manager Stephen was really great (at the height of being busy with so many moves going on) in making the required changes to make this happen last minute. It might not have seemed like a big deal to most, but it was a big deal to me, and I'm glad Stephen didn't dismiss my request as trivial. The whole front office is that way.

Daniel was great at showing us the apartments. Answered most of our questions before we even asked! Definitely recommend.

The Lux 13 team demonstrated professionalism and a willingness to engage in dialogue. The matter was carefully reviewed and resolved appropriately. I appreciate the responsible and constructive approach.
