Michael and his team are beyond professional, extremely thorough and their customer service is beyond compare! They add Personal little touches to make the properties even more welcoming. I highly recommend them and truly have not had one complaint and all five star reviews for the year and a half they have managed my short term rental and historic downtown. Thank you! Micheal and his team are amazing with our property. They staged the house beautifully to start, and then he does a wonderful job managing the guests. The house is always taken care of and any issues are dealt with immediately. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a property management company.

Michael has managed our property for the last 2 Years and done an amazing job. We were incredibly nervous to hire a property manager because we’ve heard all of the horror stories. But with Michael, we never had to worry about a thing. It wasn’t that he didn’t have problems to deal with from Gass, but the way he dealt with everything was always very professional. I wouldn’t consider anybody else if I was in the St Augustine area to manage my property.
