Stormi the manager there is such an amazing person. i went for a walk in to view an apartment, was super patient with me. Got me started on the application process and got approved 3 days later. Her team and her self been super nice. Help and always check up on me since moving in 10/10 services

I absolutely love Stormi!! She is the best she’s so sweet and respectful and very attentive! I absolutely adore her and so thankful for her she does everything in her power to do anything she can to make her tenants happy!!! If she was my employee I’d keep her forever you go lux estate apartments for having the best Maintence staff! As well as this gem Stormi! 💎 I live here and I couldn’t be any happier!!

Very friendly!!! Stormi is the best🥰 When I needed a place she made it happen and accommodated all my needs… Lux estates is the best by far that I have seen!!! Very nice and everyone down to the maintenance are very attentive and when something needs done they get right on it‼️

I don't know why they insist on making us put maintenance requests in on the app when they never acknowledge them. I have mold/mildew in my vents and I'm sick all the time. My tub doesn't drain, my back door has been broken forever. Im leaving 1 star reviews until things are fixed. Make sure you screenshot all your maintenance requests bc they erase them. WORST APARTMENTS EVER!

We moved in this summer. We like sour little spot. Stormi has taken care of all our concerns. She listens and moves quickly to get things done. Maintenance has changed for the better since we been here. Finally got the pool open. Our AC went out and they got it fixed that day. Our plumbing was clogged and they got it fixed quick. We love the staff and Stormi. They came in and took over a daunting project of neglect. Step by step they are getting it done.
