We just returned home from renting a second vacation rental in Palm Desert, CA through luxbox. Their properties are special and their property management is top notch. Their team is super responsive to requests for repairs and information and their team is friendly and courteous. Renters deal with people rather than bots and the Luxbox team goes above and beyond in all rental processes, from payment, to check in and checkout. We will always look for a luxbox property first.

We booked a very last minute stay at the Sandpiper. It was a great unit! The property itself was spotless, fully stocked, well laid out and quiet with beautiful mountain views with two large usable patios. It was close to the pool and parking. The proximity to El Paseo was convenient to restaurants and shopping and was also very close to fabulous hiking. We loved it! Daniela with Lux Box Agency was wonderful to deal with. She was friendly and very efficient and followed up the next day to make sure we had everything we needed. We'd rent with Lux Box again and would also rent this suite again. Bravo! 5-Star rating!!

What a great house! Probably our favorite rental we’ve had in all of La Quinta/PGA West. The decor, furnishings, backyard etc. are all perfect. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on as well. This is now our “go to” house for all future desert trips.

Had a wonderful stay at The Desert Charmer in Palm Springs! Beds were beyond comfortable, the home was beautifully designed and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

We love this place and have vacationed here for four straight years. The two casitas are perfect for giving the older kids a place of their own to allow them to sleep in as late as they want. Management is great, the condition of the property is great, and the neighborhood is convenient for a daily run to the store for provisions. Highly recommended!
