We've been here for 3 months, my son and I enjoy our cozy n clean home. The staff are very easy to work with they stay on top of things and are always available and very courteous. The grounds are kept clean and I haven't seen any pest. No feral animals wandering around or unknown people. Good security at night.

Please take the time to read the reviews. I would not recommend living here. During the leasing process, the manager, Claudia, was very nice and attentive. However, once I moved in, that changed completely. When my window was broken into, it took a full week to get it repaired despite me repeatedly asking for it to be fixed. I did not feel that my safety was taken seriously. I also complained multiple times about a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the AC vents. I was told maintenance “couldn’t find anything” and was even told it might just be that I was “sensitive to smells” because of my pregnancy. After continuing to push the issue and contacting upper management myself, they finally brought in a plumbing company — and surprise, they found a broken pipe in the bathroom that was caus

The office two ladies are very knowledgeable with the 288 Unit community! This put me at ease. The units are spacious and nicely remolded. No carpet for my two small dogs a Big Plus!! Move in soon, got accepted! Hope you do too:)

Trash everywhere at all times. Laundry facility is filthy but they make you pay for it. Gym is inaccessible unless you don’t work regulated work hours but they still make you pay for it. Pool is open maybe 1-2 months of the year. I moved in and shortly after told management about a leak, I was dismissed and then not even a week later water comes pouring out the vent in my bathroom. Unfortunately due to the lease agreement I was not able to cancel my lease even though gave them a 10 day notice. Had this hole in my ceiling for a while. Then came the Scorpions, roaches, and spiders. Management is trash complex should be condemned due to saggy roofs and exteriors appearing extremely blighted. Filed a complaint with city but they did nothing. Management is trash, complex is trash, and city hold

I currently live at this property and unfortunately, my experience with the onsite management has been extremely disappointing, including a Temp named Elizabeth that they had working here. Claudia, in particular, has been consistently unprofessional. She is dismissive and disrespectful toward residents, including myself and my family. She frequently makes false or misleading claims, including incorrect statements about state recording laws, and communicates in a way that feels fake and condescending. During our time in our first unit, we had no functional air conditioning flow. Despite reporting the issue repeatedly, we were told everything was working correctly. Only after moving into a three-bedroom unit did we realize that the old unit’s cooling system had never been functioning prope
