Really great experience with Luna and felt genuinely appreciated as tenants. Communication was easy, and responses were always quick. Anytime we put in a maintenance request, the maintenance crew showed up and took care of it, which we really appreciated. (Super knowledgeable and awesome all around). The office is very punctual with coordination and communication. We had a newborn while living here, and the landlord , team, and maintenece crew was very understanding, compassionate, and easy to work with. The property felt safe, family-oriented, and well maintained. Overall, we were very happy with the quick responses, follow-through, and support, and would definitely recommend them—especially for families.

I've had Luna Properties for 3 yrs now. Even though some employees there come and go. It's always great to reach Kayla to help me when I have an issue. She is easy to work with and always professional.

Reggie has taken over the Creekside Apartments and has done a fantastic job. She communicates with all the tenants very well and keeps us updated on events, and maintenance that is going on at the apartments. I have seen a lot of great changes at our apartment complex She is also so nice every time I speak with her. I appreciate all that she does. She is amazing!

I am leaving one star due to repeated failures in communication and lack of responsiveness. Over the course of several weeks, I made multiple attempts to contact Luna Properties by phone. Only two calls were answered, and multiple voicemails were left without any return call or follow-up. Messages were not relayed or addressed in a timely manner. Additionally, Luna Properties has refused to facilitate a roommate exchange. My lease does not state that roommate exchanges are restricted to lease renewal periods, yet this limitation was imposed without reference to any lease provision. The ongoing lack of communication and refusal to act in accordance with the lease terms has been frustrating and unprofessional.

I had a great experience with Luna Properties. I searched remotely. They accommodated a virtual tour and were upfront about the property. I exchanged few emails and found them very customer focused addressing my concerns making an almost effortless experience for me. I would highly recommend them.
