This was an extremely easy place to get an apartment Michael is fair and very professional Finally an apartment Manager that is hands on he walks the grounds and looks to see what needs maintaining!! He is an awesome Manager,Location of stores and fast food just steps away everything is to your convenience..

The team is wonderful here. Maintenance dept is great, we put in a request on Tuesday and there here on Wednesday to correct the problem. Michael in the office is helpful in any problem. The property is kept clean. They are a great team.

My application and move in process has been so smooth and easy! Micheal in the office was so easy to work with. He kept me updated along the way throughout the whole process and was very fast with his responses. He is the best at what he does and is so friendly. I would definitely recommend if you are looking to move. Also, I appreciate all the new updates and repairs!

I called and spoke with Michael. From the beginning, he was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I needed an apt, and he said he could assist me. Within 40 min, I arrived at the office and was greeted warmly and attentively by Michael. He took the time to show me the available apt and go through the process to get it. Writing another 30 min to an hour later, he said, "Congratulations, the apt is yours!!!". I was so thrilled, and Michael answered every single question I had. I just want to give him the biggest thumbs up, and I truly wish I could give him 10 stars! Even though he was busy, he took the time to give me individual attention and help me get the apartment I loved!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Please give the man a huge raise he deserves it!!

Same day processed everything within hours! Thank you so much again Michael. We are so excited to move in. The area is clean and quiet. The apartment is spacious and clean 🤗
