Lumio Legacy Park

Amy and Samantha were absolutely amazing! I toured the community today with my girlfriend and we were seriously blown away. The property is brand new and absolutely beautiful, I’m so excited to see the finished product because it already looks incredible. The property manager and leasing agent were phenomenal. They made us feel so comfortable from the moment we walked in. I had a lot of questions and they answered every single one. By far the best apartment community in the Davenport area. I can’t wait to see it fully completed!

I was really impressed with Lumio Legacy Park. The community is absolutely stunning, from the thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces to the indoor amenities and modern apartments. The team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. It’s definitely high on my list!

My sister just moved in. So far, so good amenities just need to get done. Real good space for a 2/2. I would definitely move here. Everything is near by which is plus.

Stopped by this property and took advantage of the 2 month free rent promotion! I love the amenities and pool area. I can’t wait to move in!

Amy is a bit prejudice & the apartments are nice but the build of the closet set up is dumb it looks like a pantry & the bathroom linen closet only has one shelf but they claim they are going to build more shelves into it but visited twice & each time no new shelves & the leasing office where all your amenities are won’t be available until may or june but you still have to pay the amenity fee even tho you can’t access them too many red flags for a new construction I would run far from these.
