LUMA at Delray

I live at Luma Delray and love it. The community is beautiful, the residents are friendly and the apartments are filled with high end features! We are very comfortable in our 2 bed 2 bath apt. It has a screened in patio, fabulous bathrooms and kitchen and the overall space is great! I highly recommend living here!

Most everything is great, large bedrooms, nice appliances, nice pool, exercise room, and hot tub The grounds are kept very nice and the staff is very nice. The only problem I have is being on the first floor with noisy tenants above me. You can hear every heavy footstep And when yelling and cursing goes on, you can hear it clearly. Maybe there is not enough insulation between the first and second floor

Overall, a great place to live! Luma at Delray is well maintained, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the community feels welcoming. Management is friendly, helpful, and responsive, which really makes a difference.

The staff was extremely helpful in getting us situated. We’ve lived in several “high end” rentals over the years & the staff here is the best we’ve seen. Im particularly impressed with the maintenance & landscaping crews who keep everything neat & clean. We’re glad we moved here

The leasing agent Leancia , is very very sweet. She is a great asset to Luma Delray. She is always attentive and smiling with everyone who comes by the office. She is very personable and goes out of her way to help. She has made moving alot easier for me.
