Darrell B. provided outstanding service! He came out and fixed our sink quickly and with ease. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond by checking and replacing our filter, which definitely needed it. His customer service was excellent, professional, friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciate his dedication to making sure everything was taken care of properly. Highly recommend!

I recently submitted a maintenance request to have my bathroom and kitchen cabinet doors to be repaired and I'm quite pleased to report that the service request was done that same day. My maintenance technician Darrell was very professional and courteous. He completed the task quickly and did a great job. Thank you Darrell for a great job, well done. Also, thanks to the great staff at Lullwater apartments. Recently I submitted another maintenance request for a small issue in my apartment and once again, Darrell, the service technician came by and took care of the issue the very same day. My experience living in this community has been disappointing overall. While the pool itself is nice, it tends to get dirty quickly, which takes away from what should be one of the better amenities here. Another issue is the condition of the property grounds. The pond area outside is often filled with trash, which makes the community look poorly maintained. If you’re considering moving here, I would strongly recommend walking around the property and looking closely at the pond area during your visit so you can see the condition for yourself. Security is also a concern. There are no security cameras around the residential buildings, and there have been multiple break-ins, which makes residents feel uneasy. Darrell was extremely helpful and professional when dealing with my maintenance request. He arrived quickly and was able to resolve issues with no problems or inconvenience to me. He even changed the batteries in my smoke alarms for me when he noticed that needed to be done. He is truly an asset to your team there and you’re lucky to have him!
