Lullwater at Blair Stone

I have been living at Lullwater for around 1.5 years and can confidently state that it has been my most pleasant apartment experience yet. From the unit quality, office management, maintenance responsiveness, property cleanliness, and parking availability, Lullwater has been a huge upgrade compared to collegetown/student apartments. Neighbors/staff are very friendly. The pricing is amazing and the leasing/roommate addition process is very simple. I love seeing the dogs on afternoon walks! They are very pet-friendly (with pet amenities) which is hard to find nowadays. The atmosphere is quiet and the woodlands behind the property is very scenic & peaceful.

From the excellent customer service provided by the front office staff to the timely and proactive maintenance team, Lullwater consistently exceeds expectations. I have lived in several apartment communities, and this is by far one of my top choices. The grounds are well maintained, communication is consistent and transparent, and residents are kept informed about important updates. The community is peaceful, safe, and welcoming. I've been living at Lullwater for a couple of months now and have absolutely been enjoying my time here. The apartment is very spacious, the community is very safe and clean, and it's close to FSU and FAMU. Everyone in customer service is also very kind and patient when it comes to answering questions/concerns. It's a great place to live.

I’ve lived at Lullwater for 2 years and absolutely love it! The location is perfect, close to FSU and FAMU and easy access to the rest of the city. The management staff, especially Megan, is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The pool and gym are well-maintained, and it's a very quiet, pet-friendly community. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a very positive experience living at Lullwater. The apartment itself is comfortable, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the community is kept clean. It’s also a pet-friendly community, which I really appreciate. Overall, it’s been a great place to live.
