Lulac Village Park Apartments

I don't live here but I know people that live here. These are poorly managed. The person I know had to clean their own apartment when they moved in. They claim to treat monthly for roaches but that's not the case. They also have mice. The cheap Dollar General tile, which would look ok if it was placed correctly. The glue was oozing out from under the tile and to repair the tile they cut pieces of extra tile and glued it on top of the hole. They have no mailbox key. They have to send the mail to the post office. I could go on and on but you get the picture.

They are trying to evict me bc my light was off less then 24hours and said they got the notice from corporate for them to evict me but how would they inform corporate about it that quick if they just found out themselves ukw I just renewed my lease to so it was like the timing was way off corporate isn’t gonna get back to you that quick there’s no way and to begin with they don’t like me so there trying to get me out already they been trying what they are doing is against the law they can’t just evict me without a valid reason bc my light wasn’t off 24hours and I’ve never caused them any issues I always paid everything on time and this one time it’s a issue and now one of the managers are stalking my apartment at 7:00 in the morning just watching my place probably to take pictures or try t

Nothing but violence, tenants are horrible, they destroy your vehicles, no respect for others property. Despicable. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. Get a manager who can clean this place up. You will not feel safe here.

They took down my photos lol let me get at it again these apartments suck they are all moldy they go fix a few things slap some pain over the mold and call them new whoever gets 1523B next ur gonna see exactly what I’m saying !!!now let me go dig for the photos of when I lived there with my kids

What this company needs to do is pay their bills to keep this poor people comfortable they get contractors to work on the units and appliances and they don"t pay them telling them they sold the property . PAY YOUR BILLS MR. PRESIDENT OF LULAC !!!!!!
